Yan is the principle designer and founder of Yan Staging. For the past 6 years, Yan has staged and redesigned over 500 properties, from small condos to luxury houses across the GTA. 100% of her clients were satisfied with her work. In 2020 and 2021, Yan has been awarded for two consecutive years among Top 10 Occupied Home Stagers in Canada by Real Estate Staging Association.   

Yan got her master's degree in art. When buying her first home in Toronto, Yan learned about staging and soon showed her talent on it. She then got trained by RESA accredited school and became a professional home stager.
